Security Breaches
- Immediately report suspected security incidents - Change compromised credentials - Notify affected parties if breach involves others - Cooperate with security investigations
Recovery
- We cannot recover lost private keys - Backup your wallet information securely - Use multiple recovery methods when available - Test recovery procedures regularly
Unauthorized Access
- Report any unauthorized account access - We will assist in securing compromised accounts - You remain responsible for losses from inadequate security
5. Intellectual Property
EmpoorioChain respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
EmpoorioChain IP Rights
- EmpoorioChain software is open source under specified licenses - Documentation and branding are EmpoorioChain property - Patents and trademarks are protected - All rights reserved unless explicitly stated
User Content
- You retain rights to content you submit - You grant EmpoorioChain license to use submitted content - Content must not infringe others' rights - EmpoorioChain may remove infringing content
Open Source
- EmpoorioChain codebase is MIT licensed - Contributions follow contributor license agreements - Third-party components have their own licenses - Attribution requirements must be maintained
Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering without permission - Circumventing license restrictions - Using EmpoorioChain IP for competing services - Misrepresenting affiliation with EmpoorioChain
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
EmpoorioChain SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
No Warranties
- Services may have bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities - Performance is not guaranteed - Data may be lost or corrupted - Third-party services are not warranted
Blockchain Risks
- Cryptocurrency values are volatile - Smart contracts can have bugs - Network may fork or change unexpectedly - Regulatory changes may affect usage
No Financial Advice
- EmpoorioChain is not a financial advisor - No investment recommendations provided - Past performance doesn't predict future results - Users make their own financial decisions
Third-Party Services
- Not responsible for third-party actions - External links and integrations not warranted - User discretion advised for external services
7. Limitation of Liability
EmpoorioChain'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Direct Damages
- Liability limited to amounts paid in past 12 months - Maximum liability $1,000 for free services - Pro-rated limits for paid services
Indirect Damages

8. Termination

Termination by User
- Close accounts and cease service usage - Data may be retained as required by law - Some obligations survive termination
Termination by EmpoorioChain
- For violation of these terms - For illegal or harmful activities - For non-payment of fees - With reasonable notice when possible
Effect of Termination
- Access to services immediately ceases - Data deletion after retention period - Surviving provisions remain in effect - No refunds for terminated accounts
Account Closure
- Users may request account deletion - Data retention complies with laws - Some data retained for legal/compliance reasons
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
Jurisdiction
